enQ, Inc. is now Instant Telecom Solutions, Inc.

Instant Telecom Solutions, Inc. (“Instant Telecom”) has agreed to acquire assets from enQ, Inc. (“enQ”), including enQ’s Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) customers, except those who affirmatively elect not to transfer their service to Instant Telecom.

The effective date of the transaction will be October 1, 2023. Unless you elect to cancel your services with enQ prior to October 1, 2023, your service will be transferred to Instant Telecom. Until the effective date of the transaction, enQ will continue to provide services pursuant to the Terms and Conditions set forth at callenq.com/oldterms.

Upon the effective date of the transaction, the services will continue to be branded as enQ services but will be provided by Instant Telecom. The rates, terms, and conditions for the service(s) provided by Instant Telecom will be made available at callenq.com/terms. Notice of any future changes in rates, terms, and conditions of Instant Telecom’s service will be provided to you in accordance with the Instant Telecom Terms & Conditions.

You always have the right to select another provider for your services. If you wish to cease utilizing the services as a result of this transition, you may obtain a refund of unused credits purchased during the month of September 2023. In order to obtain such refund, you must contact enQ at support@callenq.com on or before September 30, 2023 with your request. Absent such a request, your credit balances will be transferred to your account with Instant Telecom, and no deductions of your credit balance will occur as a result of the transaction.

You should contact enQ at support@callenq.com with any questions, complaints, or other customer service inquiries you may have prior to the transfer. After the transfer date, you should contact Instant Telecom at support@callenq.com with any questions.
